PivotX 2.1.2 released.
We've released PivotX 2.1.2 as a maintenance release for all users of PivotX. This release contains no major new functionality, but it does fix a number of smaller bugs and quirks. See the list below for details:
- Bugfix: Internet explorer 7 could 'hang' when writing a new entry or page, because of an issue with URI generation.
- We've made several fixes to prevent XSS exploits
- We've added support for filtering the sitemap based on disallow entries in robots.txt and added support for additional URIs in the sitemap.
- We're now escaping HTML for other types of textprocessing too, not just for WYSIWYG.
- Some fixes and changes were made to the built-in Slideshow and Fancybox extensions.
- We updated TinyMCE (the WYSIWYG editor) to version 3.3.9.1
- Fixed Magpie's parsing of dates: Some feeds (like Twitter searches) would give wrong dates, breaking the Lifestream extension
- Bug fix: Adding a new entry could cause all words used in old entries to be removed from the search index because of flawed logic in removeFromSearchIndex and addToSearchIndex. (Flatfile DB only)
- Fixed bug in searchEntries (Flatfile DB only)
- Fixed an issue with unparsed Markdown text in search results.
